Watchmaking know-how and pastry-making skills
To celebrate the arrival of the BR-01 Cyber Skull Bronze, prominent pastry chef, friend of the House and great fan of Cyber Skull models, Julien Dugourd, has undertaken an exercise in virtuosity by designing a pastry version of the Bell & Ross watch.
While the design of the BR-01 Cyber Skull is highly sophisticated, combining high-tech materials and avant-garde design, the creation of the cake created by Julien Dugourd is no less complex, with a multi-layer construction, like a sandwich-style watch case. "This cake is a faithful reproduction of the timepiece, in pastry format, which will be found in the window of my new boutique in Nice," the pastry chef says.
