This timepiece is designed for travellers with the aim to provide as much clarity and precision as possible. Its graphic design is very elaborate and the display is meticulous, just like the airport's clocks.
The case represents the legendary Bell & Ross' design. It is made from matte-treated bead-blasted steel. This process involves blasting tiny beads of glass at high pressure onto the surface of the metal. This roughens the surface of the material, lending it a uniform appearance and a pure grey colour with a matt, anti-reflective finish. For the first time on a square steel case, the finish is matte and therefore anti-reflective. It avoids reverberations in the sun. This process emphasises the graphic appearance of this model and recalls the utilitarian vocation of this watch.
Its design is simple and essential. The baton indices ensure it is easy to read. They are accompanied by hands which also adopt the baton format. This type of display is something of a classic in the watchmaking industry. Its efficacy speaks for itself. The indices and hands offer a black/white contrast, also ensuring optimum readability.
